Return journey 24.6.2019

Since Klaus wants to sail back to Norway and leave the ship there, I decided to return a day earlier. But before that, I had to show Klaus the amazing hiking trail from yesterday. We only walked half of the distance I took yesterday to go around the entire island 😩, because Klaus kept stopping or sitting down. But he was also impressed!

After we walked to the ferry with all our luggage and I picked up the car on the other side, it was already 11 o'clock when I finally started driving. My destination was actually Hamburg as a stopover, but after 8 hours with almost no breaks, I only drove to Flensburg.

Great hotel right by the sea. Only the junior suite was available, but the vacation was already expensive, so it doesn't matter anymore 😬. Then a delicious meal at the hotel restaurant, and tomorrow I'll continue the rest of the journey!
