Unfortunately, our 16th day is the day we have to leave Napa Valley. We can't go to Yosemite National Park because all the roads over the mountains are closed.
The first road to the west is only at Lake Tahoe, so we have to drive north and cover the distance there first.
At Lake Tahoe, we make a stop and admire the view of the lake and the surrounding forests.
It's a truly unique atmosphere, so we take a little break here before our long journey to Napa Valley.
On the way, we encounter the evening traffic in Sacramento, but fortunately, the traffic jam doesn't cost us too much time, and after a 4-hour drive, we arrive in Napa and can check into our motel.
We quickly go shopping and then stop by Panda Express nearby to grab some food for dinner in our hotel room while watching the Seahawks football game.
