The morning was marked by the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941. We visited the site of the event in Honolulu. Very informative but also distressing when you consider that 2,400 people were killed within 2 hours. There is a submarine and a battleship from WWII to visit here. We spent the afternoon at Ka'ena Beach before spending the last evening for Eva and Rudi in peace and quiet. Tomorrow we leave for the airport at 3:30 AM.
