Plitvice Lakes World Heritage Site (HRV)

Last Tuesday (16.04.) I visited the 'most beautiful natural attraction in Croatia and the absolute highlight in the hinterland of the Croatian Adriatic Coast' (lonely planet). After the civil war, the Croatian army was able to retake the park in August 1995. Not only historically significant, but also a feast for the eyes. And a well-known location for any Winnetou enthusiast - but I can't talk about it :).
