We sat on the bus all day (11 hours). This time, we didn't notice the re-crossing of the continental border. In any case, we are back in "good old Europe". The journey through and over the Ural Mountains was long, even though the distance of 580 km wasn't the furthest. The road quality was occasionally lacking, the roads were crowded, a recently erected height restriction forced us to turn back, and we also drove through the mountains. Our bus driver had a tough job today.
In Ufa, we arrived around 8:30 PM, so we haven't seen much yet. The hotel (Hilton) is located in a very nice elevated position. Perhaps after breakfast tomorrow, we can catch a quick glimpse.
