Urgent China visa on the same day

With the urgent 'Same Day' visa, you can now obtain visas on the same day - for an additional fee.

Recently, the Chinese visa authorities have created a new option for individuals who need to travel to China with an express visa at very short notice.

With the so-called 'urgent' or 'Same Day' processing, it is possible to receive almost any visa on the day of submission. For this, the application must of course be complete and error-free, and must be submitted to the visa office in the morning together with all required documents.

The advantage is that you can apply for this processing mode for almost any type of visa - whether you are traveling to China for business, as a tourist, visitor, for study or a conference. Even many EU citizens can take advantage of the 'Same Day' option, as the next fastest processing would otherwise take four working days.

However, it should be noted that it is not possible in every case. The Chinese government always reserves the right to review applications separately - even if this results in overlaps with the planned date of entry! This is often the case with professions in the fields of art, media, religion, or with naturalized applicants.

Urgent processing, of course, also comes at a price: In addition to the €125 that the visa normally costs, there is an additional charge of around €65.

So if you have all the documents with you in the morning, everything is complete and correctly filled out, and there are no other problems, you will receive your passport with the visa back in the same afternoon. If you only manage to submit everything in the afternoon or early afternoon, the visa will be ready the next day. In any case, you would have to go there at least twice.

That is why it is often advisable to hire a professional visa agency.
