Zwischen Bergen und Stadt

My ex-neighbor from Granada, Alex, is letting me stay at his cabin in the Sierra Nevada while he's on vacation. Maybe this is the karma coming back to me after letting Couchsurfer Mariella stay with me for a week during my trip to Morocco.

This seems like the perfect place to prepare for my upcoming camper trip through Portugal, northern Spain, and France. The 'cabaña' is located at the entrance of Sierra Nevada. From here, I'll take a trip to the lake, otherwise I'll do a lot of cooking, get my van in order, and mentally prepare for the trip. Loneliness seems to be the biggest danger here, I already noticed that after half a day. Good thing I briefly met my neighbor José and his 2 dogs.

Today, I'm in Granada, spending time in the city where I lived for 3 months. It's always exciting to return to places with which you have so many memories. Yoga with Jaden, a Moroccan dinner with Hassan. 'Granada Part 6(?)' couldn't have been better.

There will also be a Part 7. I had the spare cable for the camper fridge sent to me. I don't want to do without it on the big trip...
