Day 2 on KoThao by scooter! It's an experience, like yesterday we just drove off, but this time first into the mountains... Yes, those are uphill and downhill. Today we also drove off-road on small paths, at first we didn't venture out (not very young and daring anymore...) parked the scooter and hiked, by the way a young, cautious couple, too, but everyone else drove past us, so We also got our scooter - it was a real adventure - really fun. Berni told me very late how he once had to make an emergency stop, that the brakes were manageable.... everything was fine, nothing happened and the fun factor was very high!!! Then we went to refuel 100 baht for about 2.5 liters - the scooter cost 800 baht for 2 days!!

Then off to a beach, our choice of “FreeDomBeach”!!! A dream, and of course the food too. "Bob Marley lives on in many countries"!

The snorkeling there was really good for the first time!!!! Recommended!!!!

Before returning the scooter we bought the ferry ticket to Ko Phangan for Thursday, very important early enough because there are many, many tourists on the way!

We have already planned the remaining days: 3 days Ko Phangan, 5 days Ko Samui, then take the ferry to the mainland and a return flight from Siratthani to Bangkok. (There is no direct flight from Ko Samui)

Today we're having a nice sea and pool day at the hotel!
