Now we can smile again...

Everything has worked great so far - but dear OUCH...... our return flight was canceled because of the strike!!!!!

We found out about this by email yesterday shortly before midnight. Bernhard then tried everything, but no one could be reached... neither by email, telephone, whatsup, nor Facebook... nothing... the AUA homepage was completely overloaded, you could never get any further That was it, then nothing worked anymore!!!

That was a really crappy day today!!! The uncertainty?!?!!?! But we have our Birgit!!!!!! In the evening she was able to book a replacement flight for us at home in Graz!!!!! Thank you Birgit!!!!

But this flight is only on Sunday, which means we can stay in Bangkok for another 2 nights... We actually wanted to arrive home comfortably for 3 days, but the AUA wants it differently!

Now at least the next few days will be relaxed again... Berni can book a hotel now...

But what do we take away from this: we booked a return flight (the safe option) specifically through AUA... never again - this wouldn't have happened to us with a low-cost airline!!!!!
