Day 4: Merzouga - Azrou, byebye desert 👋

After a beautiful sunrise in the desert, quickly pack up and ride camels with sand in our hair, ears, shoes, and everywhere to get out of the desert! One night without proper toilet, shower, and bed is more than enough! However, the big desert is really a great place where you can feel very small! 😍
The drive from Merzouga to Azrou, almost 400km, took about 6.5 hours. Passing through different landscapes: desert, steppe, mountains, lakes, and forests. Everything included!
Of course, we gladly accept a small speeding ticket as well! 😂🙄
Arriving in Azrou in the evening, you can walk through the city in all directions in about 20 minutes. Apparently, this is what they call a city in Morocco? 😅
