We stayed overnight on the way north, as the distances are no longer like in Western Australia due to the winding roads. In the morning, we managed to get a spectacular spot right by the sea at the Freycinet National Park Campsite. Once again, we packed up and went for a longer walk. We completed the 4-5 hour journey from the car park via Hazard Beach to Wineglass Bay in 3.5 hours, including lunch along the way. One of our top walks. Thanks to the great weather, the bays and beaches appear in the most beautiful colors, like in the Caribbean - fantastic.
Every morning, we open all the doors and listen to the sound of the sea. As a surprise, our neighbor (an Italian traveling by motorcycle) invited us to a real Italian coffee and Christmas stollen, as we had charged his phone and battery the night before.
