Day 33: Mackay - Airlie Beach

After leaving yesterday behind us the cattle capital of Australia (Rockhampton: 'better cows than kids'), today was the starting point for our 2-hour drive. Destination: Airlie Beach! We have already tested the beautiful lagoon for swimming with a view of the sea - top! We won't go into the sea anymore until Cairns (because of jellyfish danger).
