Day 32: Yeppoon - Mackay

It's travel day again! And the pouring rain is once again a faithful companion. We have rarely experienced rain of such sustained intensity - luckily our camper is waterproof ;-)

At the destination (Mackay), it is dry again and we spend a (mostly) cozy evening (preventing an ant invasion in the camper).

Highlight: Green surprise in the power box (it is a mystery how a frog got in there!). Pia heroically rescues him after a 30-minute rescue mission! as it gets dark, hundreds of bats fly over our campervan (a sign of another storm!?)

Overnight: Andergrove Caravan Park
