Motorhome trip from D to Spain: 1_Barcelona

During these big holidays, i.e. summer holidays for us, we decided to fly to Germany again after 2.5 years to spend Christmas and New Year with the family and then go on a motorhome trip through Spain.

First of all we had to drive through France and spend the night to get to Spain. Our first stop was in Germany due to traffic jams and it snowed that night. The children were lucky enough to see snow, but the next day we continued towards France. In France we stayed overnight in Avignon, but since the weather was very bad, we drove on straight away the next morning.

Our first stop in Spain was Barcelona. We visited the Sagrada Familia, but only outside, as the tickets were very expensive (50 euros) and then we went to Park Guell, which was very nice. Our campsite was on the beach outside of Barcelona, but it was easy to get into town by bus.
