A very special evening

That was truly excellent, superb service, finest delicacies and the best wines… and although there wasn't a Dinner for One or chitchat in the stairwell for us this year, we did at least have the tiger live. Kathi's special menu was also taken into account and all courses were replaced with beef. Her dessert was specially prepared without alcohol, and even the 2 greetings from the kitchen beforehand and the additional dessert were served without pork and without alcohol. Even the Wagyu beef was replaced with beef fillet, as the red cabbage was refined with bacon. So Kathi definitely got her money's worth, and Daniel too. There was also live music for the meal and the most expensive bottle of wine, which was served with the fourth course, costs between 600 and 700€ per bottle. Of course, you can treat yourself to that.
