Today was packing time again. We drove from Chicago to Greenwood, where I will be working for two weeks starting Monday. First, we took the subway towards Hertz. We had breakfast in a café before heading to the Hertz office. There were too many customers for too few cars. We were lucky and got one, although it was delayed. Others were sent away without a car. It was annoying nonetheless.
Once we were finally in a Nissan, we had to go back to the hotel to pick up our luggage. After that, we hit the highway, with 200 miles ahead of us. Just before 5 PM, we arrived at the Hilton Garden in Greenwood. We had dinner at a Thai restaurant and then went grocery shopping at a supermarket.
