Competa

Since we have a mobile vehicle again, we can't think of anything better than driving to the higher areas of Andalusia. Competa was the goal, although the serpentines were a bit of a challenge to your driving skills. Competa is a not-yet-touristy mountain village. Until now we thought we knew the steep streets of the mountain villages, but now we were proven wrong. But it's not an obstacle for us as we are very experienced stair climbers. Things are still quiet and tranquil here. At lunchtime the locals sit with beer and tapas and have a good time. Of course we do that too and enjoy the delicious food because here mom still cooks herself!
