Pizzo

After a night between the sea and the railway, we travel to Pizzo. The little town is said to have a beautiful old town. Based on our experiences with narrow streets, we park by a high wall. We go left, up the stairs, as the old town is usually at the top.

Not this time. After climbing, we find ourselves in a shopping street that is neither old nor beautiful. Google clarifies that the old town is below. So, we go down again.

We are almost at the car, the old town is back in the other direction. So, we head back. Fortunately, it's not far.

And here we also find an open ice cream shop, because the Tartuffo ice cream was invented in Pizzo. So we have to try one. It was delicious...

We continue on to Capo Vaticano.
