Maratea

We are visiting Maratea, a small medieval town with adventurous narrow and steep streets. Above the town looms the Redentore, a massive figure of the Redeemer. Since we can't go there, here's a photo from the internet.

We want to continue to Praia a Mare, but the coastal road we prefer is closed. So from about 20 kilometers it turns into more than 30 on a winding, steep road.
