Thank you very much to Jeni and Jim for the beautiful days we spent together. We continue our journey now with good tips and many memories. Our first destination is Tarra Bulga National Park. Here we are impressed by the huge fern trees. The Cyathea and Tarra waterfalls are rather small. The small old Port Albert has a certain flair. The Reeves Beach campsite is very special. A natural site with an outhouse. The beach is super impressive. Kilometers long - no soul in sight. We continue the next morning along the coast to Phillip Island. We didn't want to miss the wine region in Yarra Valley. We needed supplies for the rest of the journey.
Today we are visiting St. Kilda for the second time, a district of Melbourne. We stroll to the pier and along the beach from noon onwards. In the evening, we park directly at the pier (a bit unusual for us) because we have to be at the port early in the morning to board the ferry (Spirit of Tasmania) to Tasmania. Boarding is an adventure in itself and takes longer than planned, so we leave with a one-hour delay.
