Since only places & activities that I have not seen yet were planned on this trip, today was an absolute highlight.
There was no time for this place on the last trip and after the sky was still gray in Tsitsikamma, the sun came out on the nearly 90 km drive so that I could hike in the midday sun.
I opted for the middle route (5.5 km) and was rewarded with beautiful nature, a few animals, and great views.
The path itself was also a highlight and sometimes a challenge but definitely worth it!
Afterwards, I made a stop at the Knysna Heads on the way to my accommodation to enjoy the view, and then I was welcomed with a glass of wine as a welcome drink at a mansion.
Based on a recommendation, I spent the evening at 'Sirocco' and it was definitely some of the best food on the trip.
