Phew, it was over 40 degrees outside. That is very warm.
We arrived at a camping site just outside Vannes in Sene, and tapping water was quite complicated; we couldn't manage it. But the electricity works. So does the air conditioning.
We took an Uber into town and had some incredibly good fish at Poissonnerie au Port. Here's how it went: you pick your fish upstairs, and then you can sit outside in the shop or in the 'Salle' to choose your tapas, 'Entres', and drinks. The fish is then prepared fresh for you with the sides of the day.
Super delicious and lovely service.
After that, we strolled around the city. The shops were closed... but that doesn’t take away from this beautifully charming little town. Concerts, pubs, bars... alleys, old stones... and the enchanting harbor. One more drink and then back to the dog via Uber in 10 minutes to the campsite.
We are completely in love with Vannes. ❤️
Walking with the dog in the dark can also have its charm.
