Day 17 - Golden Gate Bridge & The City (2)

At 10 am, we started another city tour called 'Wild San Francisco'. The program included visits to homeless, red-light, gay, drug, and artist neighborhoods, but it was essentially the same tour as the day before. My expectations for the content were disappointed, but the guide shared some interesting insider information (rents of up to $3600 for a 60 sqm apartment, while there is also vacant housing, someone must pay for it... we find that crazy). Homeless people are almost everywhere, so there is no need for a specific neighborhood.

Our German group was extended by one member, so there were five of us.

In the afternoon, we finally got to visit the Golden Gate Bridge by bike and return by ferry from Sausalitos over the Bay.
