Our second stop in Panama was another beach day in the Gulf of Chiriquí.
This is located on the Pacific coast of Panama.
The approximately 150 square kilometer national park was founded in 1994 to protect marine ecosystems such as coral reefs.
This includes around 25 islands and 19 coral reefs.
We spent the day on the beach of Parida Island, enjoying the view of palm trees and sea and refreshing ourselves in the water.
Lunch was served as a barbecue on the beach.
Sated and tired from all the sun, we return to the ship in the afternoon.
A little later two of us left the ship again, not to go ashore, but to go out to sea in the tender boat.
There was a nice view of the Star Clipper, which hoisted its sails especially for the photo shoot.
