Naumburg 4th day

Now the class trip is almost over 😪.

Today endurance, strength, and cheerfulness were required again.

In the morning, almost nobody looked cheerful. Everyone was extremely tired.... I wonder why? 😁

As always, we hurried to catch the train and luckily got it at the last minute. This time we went from Freyburg to Leißling, a good 17 km by boat. After initial difficulties with the groups in the four boats, we could finally start.

The sun was shining mercilessly, so the kids kept sliding from the boat into the water all the time. Swimming was cool, getting back into the boat... a challenge 😄.

We had to pass two locks, one with a lock keeper and at the other one it was said, carry your boat with the boat trolley. The kids did a really good job with that.

The last three-quarters of an hour was dedicated to a sprint between Boat Heiko and Boat Hoffmann. Okay, not quite that long, but it was a lot of fun.

Now everyone is glad to be back and we are waiting for the delicious rosemary potatoes with quark.
