Pho and Bun Cha

The soup Pho is found everywhere in Vietnam, very tasty and therefore well known. Personally, I was rather unfamiliar with Bun Cha but I was immediately impressed. You are served rice noodles and fresh herbs, both of which you put in a bowl with a warm sauce, in which grilled meat and carrot and kohlrabi pieces swim. It is all very well seasoned and tastes really great!
