Then continue towards the Coromandel Peninsula, with Thames as our destination. Drive through farmland, mostly cows, sheep are less common. Arriving in Thames, we buy more provisions at Pack'n Save. We find a nice overnight spot on the outskirts of Thames at a freedom camping site.
