02.12.18 - Arrival in Perth

After enjoying the warmth in Thailand for 3 weeks, I continued to Perth with malindo air via Kuala Lumpur. Arrival was at 0.20 am and after the 34° in Phuket, it was freezing cold in Perth with 13° in shorts and t-shirt. So back to the airport and put on long clothes. After that was done, it was time to wait for the first bus at 6.09 am to the city and to the hostel.

Fortunately, time passed quickly and I finally reached the hostel around half past 7 where I was able to check in immediately.

There I also met some nice people who helped me to get my bearings. In the afternoon, after a little nap, I went to Aldi for some food and a sim card.

In the evening, I got a little introduction to the local pub scene and finally the very long day ended.
