As we had to return the scooters at ten o'clock in the morning, we decided to take a look at the salt fields between the city and the sea this morning. When we started, the weather didn't look really stable, so we hurried a bit. When we arrived at the salt fields, we were greeted by a really impressive sight. Salt fields in the foreground and mountains with an approaching thunderstorm in the background. Quickly took a few photos, drove around the fields for a bit, and then back to the hostel. We arrived just in time, as it started raining heavily a minute later.
Now we spent the time in the hostel with a banana shake until the minivan picked us up at 10:30 am for Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia.
