Rainy Day

A heavy rain wakes me up around six. It's a perfect opportunity to stay in bed and listen to the gentle tapping. Since I parked my car wisely yesterday and I don't have to dig any trenches for the roof tent, I can enjoy the weather.

So today is a day of reading and relaxing. Tom Clancy's "Rainbow Six" helps pass the time. During short breaks in the rain, I stretch my legs by the idyllic lake or cook something small. Now my simple equipment and my small emergency supply prove their worth. Even my Ecoflow battery does what I promised myself. Three days without external power are already possible. The cooler box is running and all electronic devices can be charged. So despite everything, it's fun.

The rain is supposed to stop tonight and hopefully we can continue tomorrow. I would really like to pack up the roof tent dry. We'll see. Sleep well out there!
