Today I traveled from Asakusa to the Hamarikyu Garden in Shiodome on the Sumida River in summer weather. From the residential area of Tokyo to the megacity skyline.

In the middle of this beautiful park with a tea house, where I met Tomoko, a very friendly and English-speaking resident of Tokyo. She lives in one of those towers in the background.
