Hakodate in Hokkaido

Hokkaido is the northern, large island of Japan. Here you can find large ski resorts, a lot of green land, and some specialties.

In addition to the Hokkaido pumpkin, which is also known in Germany, Hokkaido is known for good dairy products and seafood.

We used the stay to enjoy the sea and find vegetarian food. This was not easy due to the proximity to the sea. Even normal crackers in a bar are seasoned with fish meal or something similar.
