Finally arrived...

Published: 30.07.2018

From Nuremberg, it takes about two hours by flight to reach the Balearic Island of Mallorca. Even from the air, you can already see the capital city Palma de Mallorca with its winding streets, and you can feel your body getting into vacation mode. This moment is always special to me. Anyone who loves this island as much as I do will know it - pure goosebumps.

After landing, you can quickly find your way around the signage in the airport and reach the baggage claim area. Additionally, upon arrival, there is the opportunity to buy something to eat in smaller shops. Depending on the time of day, your stomach might growl.

Once everyone has their suitcase, the car rental counters are located nearby. All major companies such as Europcar, Sixt, Hertz, AVIS, etc. are available.

TIP: It is advisable to book in Germany as the prices on site are many times higher. I always rent cars from sunnycars, as I have consistently had very good results. It is also up to each individual to decide whether a navigation device is necessary or not. I always have one on board - after all, I'm lazy :-)

The way to the rental car takes us out of the airport building, across the main road to a huge parking garage, which is located directly opposite and exclusively contains rental cars on the lower floors. Here you get your keys and can finally start driving.
