At 6:30 AM we depart from the hotel and we can still see the light of the sunrise.

Today we are heading to Toulouse. We say goodbye to Lilly (unfortunately we didn't take a photo), the campsite dog, who has spread at least 6 toys around the grounds.
In Toulouse, we booked a hotel in the city center so that we have enough time to explore the city.

In Toulouse, there are bike highways leading to the hotel, wide and two-lane, just like we experienced in the Netherlands. It's simply great to ride. Unfortunately, Germany is not yet that advanced.
Our hotel is at Place de Capitol, it’s quite hot around noon, and we treat ourselves to lunch at the square.

Then we take an air-conditioned break at the hotel before heading out for dinner and a city stroll.

Conclusion: Toulouse is a must-see. A wonderful atmosphere in the city, there’s a lot to explore, and the evening ambiance at the Port de la Daurade is unforgettable.
