From Kristiansand to Lillesand

The sun is beating down on my small tent, it's quite warm in here🌞😎 After four and a half hours of sleep after this exciting night, I pack up my camp and head to the pretty sailing boat harbor nearby. No wind anymore, the sun is shining... it's fantastic😇 Now it's time for breakfast by the fjord and then I'll continue towards Grimstad, where I have an appointment on a farm tomorrow to help out for two months.

I'm speechless, it's so beautiful here 😇 But for cycling, it's challenging once again, as the hills are not easy. I feel like I'm in the foothills of the Alps and sometimes like in South Tyrol😂 I ride through tunnels and am surprised by a new wonderful view of the azure blue water of the fjord after almost every curve. I just enjoy it and still can't believe that I have traveled over a thousand kilometers with my little vehicle and I'm in Norway. I feel like I'm in a state of bliss😇🙏

In the afternoon, I stop at a wooded area, just a few meters away from the water. It's a suitable place to prepare something delicious to eat on my gas stove.

I want to cover a few more kilometers today, as I have announced my arrival on the farm for tomorrow afternoon. I only manage to do 40 km today, but it's hard work😔 It's now 8:00 PM. It's time to start the evening. I explore the small town of Lillesand. It's really charming. I'll stay here for the last night of my tour at the campsite. I can set up my tent right by the water, with a beautiful view... everything fits together perfectly again🙏😇😍
