Sushi

I recently went out for sushi for the first time!

Between two training sessions in Noda.

Here you could order and then receive it from the two chefs in the background:

I was with Gustavo and Mattain (not sure how to spell that name) from the training. So in Noda.

This one came by and approached me. So I ordered it. When it arrived, Mattain was like: 'You better enjoy it.'

'Why'

'Because these are an endangered species.'

:/

They had a salty aftertaste of seawater :(

And well, at least now I know that eels are threatened with extinction. Because they apparently don’t reproduce properly....?

There were also bones in it to mention that again ...

Normally, this would have cost me around 2000 Yen. But Gustavo was in a generous mood. Thank you :))

Oh, I also learned that I can’t eat sushi without embarrassing myself :) Hach

BTW: that green drink was, I think, matcha?. We just had a bowl with green powder and hot water straight from a tap at the table. It wasn't really my thing.
