At 08:20 am the alarm went off. I got up reluctantly, packed my things, and checked out. I took the scooter to the Sai Ngam Hot Springs. It was basically a small river with multiple small steps. I had imagined it to be bigger. I was a bit disappointed but still stepped in. It was pleasantly warm. After a while of relaxation, I enjoyed it very much. Idyllic, few people, calm. I stayed there for 2.5 hours. My eyes wandered to the edge of the water. Is there something moving? No, not anymore. Yes, there is a snake! I moved away and went to the other side, only to leave the so-called hot springs shortly after.
I returned the scooter and had lunch. I answered messages on my phone and finally got into the mini-van to Chiang Mai. I started feeling sick again during the drive. These many curves don't agree with me. Arrived. Wandered through the city with my luggage for an hour until I reached the hostel. The thrifty Swabian in me says hello. Dinner. Then I found a night market. Wrote something for the blog. Tomorrow, I will sleep in.
