After almost 3 hours bus ride we arrived at the Ninja village Iga Ueno. There we could see a typical Ninja house with its traps and hiding places, at the Ninja Museum we learned something about the training and life of the Ninjas. Afterwards, we were shown the various Ninja weapons at a show.
Then we took the bus to Nagoya. According to the travel guide, this city doesn't have much to offer except for its impressive castle. But the palace was more interesting. It was completely destroyed in the war, but now it is being rebuilt. We were allowed to visit some parts already. The reconstructions of the wall paintings were particularly impressive.
From Nagoya, we then took the Shinkansen to Tokyo. As expected, the train was very punctual and very fast (~500 km/h). So we were already in Tokyo in 1.5 hours.
There we had to dive straight into the nightlife and went to sing karaoke. It was a lot of fun, but unfortunately also very expensive.
