Before we started our island tour yesterday, we had breakfast in the sun :)
First, we drove to Vbrnik and wandered around the old town. However, with a stroller it was a bigger challenge - the baby carrier would have been the better choice... You'll see it in the photos. Then Hannes and I could have also walked through the narrowest alley in the world. Instead, I had to turn around with him. Steffen took the risk, sometimes he could only move sideways.
Afterwards, we strengthened ourselves with freshly purchased ham, bread, and olive oil.
Then we continued to Krk City. In general, we are lucky with the travel time, otherwise the small towns would probably have been crowded.
In Krk, one of the city towers has a 24-hour clock. Not so easy to quickly read the time :)
And now to the next flight:
Today we went from Klimno to Trogir (about 333 km).
Actually, we wanted to stay on the coastal road only. Firstly, because we didn't want to pay tolls (we had enough of that in Austria and Slovenia), but we also wanted to enjoy the scenery and see what there is to see. However, the fact that we were only allowed to drive a maximum of 50 km/h and it took us 2 hours for the first 50 km, made us decide to take the highway and pay almost 11€ for 100 km...
Now we are in Okrug near Trogir, close to Split. A cute little campsite with about 60 pitches, a beautiful white pebble beach, and about 2 km from Trogir.
There is actually something going on here. More than just us and three other people :)
Oh, I almost forgot. When we arrived earlier, we put Hannes in his beach tent and let him play. Suddenly he was lying on his stomach, although we had laid him on his back :))) and nobody saw it. Very quietly and secretly...
