Our flight initially went from Frankfurt am Main to Addis Ababa.
In Addis Ababa, we had a layover for the next flight with Ethiopian. We had several hours to spare. Addis Ababa is Ethiopian's hub in Africa. The stay at this airport was quite different. It seemed to have all nationalities represented. Unfortunately, the airport was very dirty, especially the sanitary facilities. Eyes closed and push through. 
Next, we continued to Kilimanjaro Airport. Here was just a short stop for boarding, alighting, and refueling. 
We reach our destination Zanzibar. 
Many of our friends and even staff from the travel agency couldn't understand our decision to fly with Ethiopian. I must say, we made a very good choice. Anytime again.
We also had a good hand in selecting the hotel chain.
Both are always gladly welcomed again.
