Gran Canaria - Madeira

We are on our way to Madeira.

After a pleasant night, today is a sea day. The only one of this trip. Due to the time difference of 1 hour, we are awake a bit earlier.

For breakfast, we head to Eck in the Atlantic Klassik Restaurant. There is a small buffet. Out of respect for other guests, there are no photos of the buffet and today's salmon buffet.

The pool deck is my favorite spot on sea days. Since it is a bit cloudy, we choose a couch under the roof. If the weather improves, we can always switch. What I must praise about Mein Schiff 7 is the sunbed police. It was already very active at 9:00 AM and is still active at 10:30 AM.

Today is 11.11. Some guests are already out and about in their costumes, and the crew is setting up the 11:11 AM buffet out of concern that we might not have enough to eat.

Somewhere in between is the dud. Filled with mustard and worth a bottle of champagne.

By lunchtime, the clouds disappeared, and it was pleasantly 22°C on Deck 12 and 14.

Afternoon coffee can be enjoyed on Mein Schiff 7 at Café Central. Various coffee specialties and, most notably, the apple strudel are included in the price. Other cakes, such as the Sachertorte, come with an extra charge.

For dinner, we decided on the Atlantic Klassik Restaurant on Deck 3. Various menus are available, and you can create your personal menu from everything. This is mine today.
