Imperial Palace Kyoto

After the botanical garden, we made our way to the Kyoto Imperial Palace.

We had to walk all the way around to find the main entrance. 

The palace is beautifully laid out, well-maintained, and equipped with an audio guide in English. However, you can complete the designated route in about 45 minutes.

Afterward, we discovered a very good curry restaurant near the palace and replenished ourselves for the journey back to Tokyo.
