Tian Tan Buddha

On Lantau Island there is one of the five largest Buddha statues in China. You can take a cable car for 20 minutes through the mountain landscape. 


Behind the cable car, you can see the Hong Kong Airport. 



First, you go through a small village with shops and restaurants. 





The stair climb was definitely worth it for the view!
