9. Tag Freizeit in Hoi An

Today we have a day off, no program, but it's also raining heavily.

That's why I'm taking a break and just posting some photos of the resort. By the way, we're having fun despite the rain. Swimming in the rain is not bad at all when it's warm.

The photographer also received a Vietnamese hat from our lovely supervisor, but refuses to be photographed with it.

I have often heard that Vietnamese people are not particularly friendly. We have not had that experience, on the contrary. It's so nice to be greeted every morning with a warm smile, and we always get annoyed when hotel guests just pass by without a friendly word or a smile in return.

By the way, tomorrow will probably not be very eventful either. We will be picked up in the morning, taken to Da Nang airport, and then fly over Hanoi to Vientiane, the capital of Laos.
