Today we had a beautiful tour, incredible landscape. Started early, steep climb to the Belgian border, then empty and wonderfully developed bike highways as far as the eye can see. Wallonia apparently has more cows than people, the scent in the air speaks for itself. Coffee break in Sankt Vieth at noon, then hidden forest paths and first-class bike paths to the Ardennes, first Belgian accommodation near the Luxembourg border, slightly to the west. Very idyllic here, very rural, very quiet, supermarkets = not available, cafes = not available, restaurants = not available. Eating and drinking is truly a logistical problem.
