Day 196-200, March 30th - April 3rd, Aldinga / Car repair

Saturday, March 30th - Wednesday, April 3rd.

After a windy night, we got up, went shopping, and visited a workshop to fix the problem with the indicator. We set up our tent at a campground in Aldinga and spent the weekend there. 

On Monday, we visited the mechanic and scheduled an appointment for the next day. We also had a phone call with Katrin and wished her a happy birthday. 

On Tuesday, the time had come. We took out the essential tools from the car and brought it to the workshop. The cause of the problem was a defective connector for the trailer hitch. However, the mechanic also found a defective brake that needs to be replaced. As a result, the installation will be delayed until Wednesday evening. The days passed relatively well, and we spent a cozy time reading, sunbathing, and even going for a 13km walk. But we were very happy when we got our María back on Wednesday. The campground also became crowded because a national basket weaver festival was announced, and therefore, the entire campground was fully booked.
