First day of work at BMW

Hello and welcome to the second post :)

Today, I finally had my first day of internship at the BMW Group in Oxford. It's all about one thing here: Minis, Minis, Minis!

Considering how incredibly excited I was months before, this morning actually went pretty well. :-) Somehow, the anticipation of finally getting started outweighs everything else.

Everything went smoothly and I already got to meet many colleagues - Without exception, they were all very nice. There are some Germans among them, which made me feel a little bit at home again.

I am sitting in the 'General Services' department and for the next 4 months I will mainly focus on creating content for the intranet. I also got insights into the tasks of previous interns, some of which I will take over as projects.

But for now, I have to collect and process everything I experienced today, with this idyllic view :-)
