"Sweet home Alabama" - Lynyrd Skynyrd

Hello again,

Yesterday we went from Nashville to Birmingham, where we will spend two nights before continuing on to Mobile.

Yesterday I visited a shooting ranch. I was really a bit scared and had a healthy amount of respect, Christian was a bit more excited. After a really good short training session on how to handle weapons, we were off. An experience in itself, but my respect for sharp weapons has not diminished, in fact it has increased. I think that's a good thing 😅

Today we went hiking in a large nature park. Thankfully, we only saw our first snake from the car. Otherwise, we went on a short hike through the Wildlife Animal Park to a small waterfall (which we only saw from above due to poor signage and not exactly suitable footwear). After that, we went pedal boating. That's enough exercise for today 😅

Tomorrow we'll head further south to the coast 🏝

Then we will slowly let it fade away 🤩
