From Albany, we continued towards Esperance, but first we made a stop at Fitzgerald National Park. We first drove to Bremer Bay, a beach that can be accessed by car. We enjoyed a great view there and had a snack. Then we continued to a homestay in the national park. It has been owned by a couple from Hamburg for 13 years. After our camp was set up, we went for a bushwalk. We were able to admire some of the 1800 different plant species, as the main flowering time is in September. But due to our stupid hay fever, we are not really fans of wildflowers.
