Verenaschlucht Solothurn 0 Km (490.9 Km)

For a long time, it has been my wish to visit the Verenaschlucht hermitage. If not today, then when?

The weather couldn't be more perfect, and I'm never as close as I am today. And a little walk can't do any harm.

As soon as you turn the first corner in the gorge, you're already in the middle of it. I caught a good moment with few visitors. Most people are probably driving south to avoid the Gotthard traffic jam. 🤣

The gorge itself is already worth seeing. It's cooler and shadier. Many small waterfalls and streams that have eaten into the rock create beautiful landscape pictures. But why write a lot here, look at the photos and you'll know what I mean.
